Coaching Services Refunds:

Coaching services must be used in the designated timeframe or are considered forfeited and may be delivered at the convenience and ability of the coach.

If there is a problem with the coaching services that we provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the coaching session to discuss a resolution.

Digital Content Refunds:
Because you are given full access to all of the content immediately, we do not offer refunds for any of our digital content products, including ebooks, courses, and other educational materials, except where required by law.

Chargebacks:
